Just a short note to let your readers know of the great service we recieved at Jubilee RV Center in Kamlooops!! We had tried several times to get parts for our air conditioner through our local RV dealer and they were unable to get the needed parts for us, when we stopped in Kamlooops to visit family we dropped in at Jubilee in the off chance they could help us, They were not only very friendly but they had the parts and we were on our way wondering why we never went without air conditioning all summer, next time we need parts of assistance with our Coach we will first call Steve Joyce!! Two thumbs up to Steve Joyce and his staff for the exceptional costomer service they provide for out of town guests!

I purhcased a 1989 Coachman 240CB from you and wanted to thank for the excellent service provided. The explanation of how things worked from the hitch to the holding tank and everything in between by Bob Davis was excellent. We went away camping and had no trouble with heaters, hot water, fridge etc. Felt like we'd been doing this for years.

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased and excited my wife and I are with our new Ridgecrest travel trailer we bought the other day. We really appreciate all the professional and most of all very friendly staff that took care of us. I must say that with the many choices available at your dealership, it was easy to find what we were looking for and most of all, getting more value for less than we budgeted for.
